Payment in full is due on the first Monday of each session.
Most sessions are two weeks. Campers may sign up for only one week and be charged a prorated fee, or they may combine different sessions. We do not refund for missed days or absences. You will be charged for the entire week for which you have registered. If, due to vacation or other plans, your child is going to attend only a few days of a session and you would like to have that session prorated accordingly, you must let us know a minimum of 3 weeks in advance. We try to be flexible, but we also hire staff according to the number of children who have registered for the session, so please keep that in mind.
Session 1 SCOUTS OF THE REALM (June 3-June 14) – $500
Session 2 TUMBLEWEED WAGON (June 17-June 28) – $500
Session 3 INDIE FILM CAMP (July 1-July 12) – $400 no camp on July 4 or July 5
Session 4 AVIATORS (July 15-July 26) – $500
Session 5 BATTLE OF CROWNS (July 29-August 9) – $500
Session 6 BOARWALD ACADEMY (August 12-August 16) – $250
Camp opens at 9am at the farm each morning. We do permit you to drop-off your campers starting at 8:45am. Please do not arrive at the farm earlier than 8:45am.
Camp ends at 4pm at the farm each afternoon. Pick-ups begin at 3:45pm. You will be charged a minimum late pick-up fee of $1/minute if you arrive after 4:10pm.
Camp fee refunds for camper absences due to emergency or unusual circumstances are at the Director’s discretion.
We require a $25 nonrefundable deposit per child per week. This will be applied toward the cost of tuition and will hold your child’s place in the session. Please send a check made out to Country Camp along with your registration form. The remaining tuition balance is to be paid on the first Monday of each session. Please be sure to check in at our registration table on the first Monday of each session to pay that session’s balance and to receive important information about that session.
