Tuition

Tuition is $325 per week. Sessions typically run in two-week themes. Campers may sign up for only one week of a session and may combine different sessions. We do not refund for missed days or absences. You will be charged for the entire week for which you have registered.

If, due to vacation or other plans, your child is going to only attend a few days of a session and you would like to have that session pro-rated accordingly, you must let us know a minimum of three weeks in advance. We try to be flexible, but we also hire staff according to the number of children who have registered for the session, so please do keep that in mind.

Camp opens at 9:00am at the farm each morning. We do permit you to drop off your campers starting at 8:45am. Please do not arrive earlier than 8:45am.

Camp ends at 4:00pm at the farm each afternoon. Pick-ups begin at 3:45pm. You will be charged $25 + an escalating late pick-up fee per minute if you arrive after 4:10pm.

We require a $25 nonrefundable deposit per child per week to hold your camper’s place in a session. This will be applied toward the cost of tuition. The remaining tuition balance is to be paid on the first Monday of each session. On Mondays, designated counselors can accept checks or cash.

Country Camp Venmo

We accept payment via check, cash, or Venmo.

Each year, we offer a limited number of need-based scholarships to Country Camp. If finances are a challenge to your child being able to attend our program, please contact Laura at thecountrycamp@gmail.com to inquire about financial aid.
